pepe.vip does not dress this up as a protocol. Zero tax, LP burnt, contract renounced. Then it says the coin is useless, has no formal team, and is not associated with Matt Furie.

That last line is the one that matters. The frog is older than the 2023 token and the history is messy. If this page fills with random frog compilations, it stops being a hub for this coin and becomes a Pepe the Frog dump.
